Responsibilities
Your tasks are to...
- guide the successful project execution of German- and English-speaking Urbio customers in the field of net-zero cities (district heating networks, municipal energy plannings, local energy communities...)
- ensure the smooth realization of projects by supporting users in data preparation, implementation of tailored reporting and integration with third-party solutions
- drive the customer journey of users with coaching and support in order to ensure customer trust, satisfaction and loyalty
- develop and enrich Urbio's knowledge-base by transforming complex energy models and applications into tangible user stories
- develop and refine Urbio’s customer success framework in order to achieve highly scalable processes (e.g. streamlining, automations, etc.)
- represent the voice of the customer to influence Urbio's strategic product development priorities
Qualifications
For this position you need to...
- have an engineering background (BSc/MSc)
- have preferably >3 years experience in the energy sector acquired through roles in consultancy companies or utilities involving customer-facing projects
- enjoy working with energy data & models, and have preferably a solid experience with complex spreadsheets and GIS software
- have strong communication/presentation skills and charisma
- have strong empathy for customers and a passion for deep-tech innovation and digitization
- be a flexible team player, and be eager to build relationships across different departments
- have working proficiency in German and in English (French is a plus)

Location & time
- We meet 2+ days per week in our office in Sion and/or co-working spaces in Zurich or Lausanne.
- We’re seeking someone to join our team at the soonest availability.
